Competitive Teams
Our teams both compete at the NC State & Regional levels. Numerous girls and boys in this program hold titles of State & Regional Champions.
AAU Team
Our AAU Competitive team competes in the AAU Xcel Program. Less time commitment is required from these athletes, however, they are coached by the same coaching staff as our USAG Teams.
USAG Xcel
Our Xcel team competes Bronze through Platinum levels. These gymnasts train year-round to compete within the State of North Carolina and at the Regional level.
USAG J.O.
Our growing Level 6-10 Optional Team is a USAG sanctioned program. Mobility to these levels is based upon completion of the compulsory program.
USAG Men
SCG Boys Competitive Team competes USAG levels 3+. These young men compete at both the State and Regional level.

Every year, carnations and good luck grams are sold at our Gym Fest Shows. All proceeds go to the Dean Pennell Scholarship Fund. These funds help cover tuition and meet expenses for SCG families.
